(2017).<\/p>\n<p>Para explicar los s&iacute;ntomas del s&iacute;ndrome de fatiga cr&oacute;nica (SFC) y del s&iacute;ndrome de fibromialgia (SFM) se emplean teor&iacute;as que pertenecen a dos paradigmas distintos: el biol&oacute;gico y el psicol&oacute;gico, pero ninguna teor&iacute;a dentro de estos paradigmas explica totalmente estos trastornos funcionales.<\/p>\n<p>El presente trabajo explica la idea de que los trastornos funcionales exigen teor&iacute;as basadas sobre un nuevo paradigma. As&iacute; se emplean los conocimientos y algoritmos de la inteligencia artificial y la teor&iacute;a de sistemas y plantea que una red de mecanismos biol&oacute;gicos y psiconeuroinmunol&oacute;gicos tiene<strong> <\/strong>propiedades emergentes. Estas propiedades incluyen la adaptaci&oacute;n inteligente (autoorganizaci&oacute;n) de entradas o est&iacute;mulos biol&oacute;gicos y psicol&oacute;gicos simult&aacute;neos que pueden exigir adaptaciones opuestas.<\/p>\n<p>El SFC y el SFM se explican por la adaptaci&oacute;n inteligente de un sistema a un estilo de vida que incluye combinaciones de sucesos espec&iacute;ficos, por ejemplo, infecci&oacute;n m&aacute;s estr&eacute;s psic&oacute;geno.
